Our delivery service takes 24 – 48 hours for Lagos, 2 – 3 business days for interstate, 5 – 7 business days for the UK, 7 – 10 business days for the USA, Canada, etc.

Rates are calculated at checkout depending on your location. International order prices will vary due to courier service.
Pre-Order Policy
All pre-order items require full payment upfront before processing.
Production timelines for pre-orders will be communicated at the time of purchase. By placing a pre-order, the client agrees to the stated processing and delivery timeframe.
Pre-order items are made specifically upon request and are therefore non-cancelable and non-refundable once payment has been confirmed.
The company reserves the right to make minor adjustments to design details where necessary, provided such changes do not materially alter the overall aesthetic or quality of the item.
Delivery dates provided are estimated timelines and may be subject to reasonable adjustments due to production demands or unforeseen circumstances.
Payment Terms
All payments must be made through our approved secure payment gateway.
An eighty percent (80%) non-refundable deposit is required prior to the commencement of any design, production, or customization process. Work will not begin until the deposit has been received and confirmed.
The remaining twenty percent (20%) balance must be paid in full before delivery, dispatch, or collection of the item(s).
All deposits are strictly non-refundable, as they cover design consultation, material sourcing, production allocation, and administrative costs.
Payments may be made in Nigerian Naira (NGN) or other approved international currencies through our authorized secure payment channels. Any applicable transaction, conversion, or transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.
Failure to complete outstanding payments within the agreed timeframe may result in delays, suspension, or cancellation of the order without refund of the deposit.
Consultation
- All bespoke orders begin with a consultation with the design team, which can be booked via our website.
- Consultations can be held virtually or on-site at the atelier in Lagos, Nigeria.
- Consultation fees are paid before the consultation, and these fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Fitting
Fittings are required for bespoke outfits, and they require time and attentions. Kindly ensure you are not in a hurry when your fitting date is booked.
Pickups
Our Store is located at No. 8 Macarthy Street, Ilupeji, Lagos. Therefore, you can schedule pickup for items shopped online. Kindly notify the store.
Bespoke Service
Our bespoke dress creations are always tailored according to each client’s preference and unique personality. The production process requires a minimum of 8 -12 weeks depending on design complexity.
Dispatch & Delivery Information
Once an order has been completed and dispatched, the client will receive notification via email, WhatsApp, or other provided contact details.
Upon dispatch, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the courier service. The company shall not be held liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party shipping providers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on destination, logistics providers, or external factors.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of purchase. The company will not be liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the client.
If delivery exceeds the communicated timeframe, clients may contact us through our official communication channels for assistance.
Refunds
Refunds will not be issued on items that are wrongly ordered or for wrong sizing. However, we can make an exchange up to 10days, in which shipping would be on the customer.
Customs and Duties Charges
Items shipped internationally are liable for duty charges by the importing country’s government. We do not have control over these charges
Design
We do not copy or make an exact copy of another designer’s work. However, we can use it an inspiration piece, and we assure you of a beautiful experience.
Measurement
Measurements are done at our studio; however, we also provide a detailed guide for our measurement, which should be done by a professional seamstress.
